  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using genesistudio.com (“Genesis Studio,” “Genesis,” “Website”) or any of our content, you (“the “user” apart of “users”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

By submitting User Submissions to the Website, you grant Genesis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the User Submissions in connection with the Website. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Submissions comply with these Terms. In the event that the User Submission is an original novel, its Terms of Use will be outlined by a separate Agreement. In the event of a conflict arising between the Terms of Use of the Genesis Website and a contractual Agreement for an original novel, the contractual Agreement will take precedence and nullify conflicting portions of the Genesis Website.

You agree not to submit any User Submissions that:

  • Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Are unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Contain viruses, malware, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful code.
  • Genesis reserves the right to remove any User Submissions and terminate your access to the Website for violating these Terms.

  1. Age Requirements

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms. The Website is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years old, please do not use the Website. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Genesis complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the minimum age for online services in different jurisdictions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in England & Wales.

Genesis reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  1. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Genesis regarding your use of the Website. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
