Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Stripe, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are dependent on location and done using Stripe as a medium.
Please note that we perform all of our transactions using PayPal and Stripe as a medium. None of your payment details become known to Genesis Studio. We will only receive transaction numbers to help track orders in case of customer inquiries.
There may be cases where our Translators have extenuating circumstances that prevent us from releasing. Upon such cases, Genesis Studio will be reimbursing such Luminaries in the form of Helixes. 100 Helixes will be given for every chapter missed.
No, there are no refunds for any purchases. Please be aware of this and cancel Luminaries on time if you do not wish to subscribe any longer. In addition, please pay thorough attention to any payment processes made. Genesis is not responsible for any accidental purchases or late cancellation.
If you have used PayPal to make any payments, it may take a while, so please wait 5 minutes to process and reload the page. If it has still not gone through, please open a ticket on our Discord or email info@genesistudio.com. Most likely, it will be an issue with PayPal, Stripe, and your bank/card itself.
