Please note that Luminaries unlock chapters beginning from the first Premium Chapter, regardless of whether or not that specific chapter has been unlocked by the user using Helixes. Therefore, in this case, the Luminary unlocked a chapter that the user had already unlocked using Helixes.
No. All Luminaries are for the specific novels selected except for Tier 3 which gives access to all novels on the site. Selecting novels for a Luminary will provide you with advanced chapters in those novels, and only those novels.
If you subscribe to become a Luminary, you will have the unlocked chapters for the entire duration of the subscription. You will lose access to the unlocked chapters that you purchased with the subscription once the billing period comes to an end.
Users can cancel their Luminaries in their Account Settings. Please note that canceling Luminaries will not result in any refunds; instead, the user will be preventing the next billing cycle from charging their account. Do not cancel Luminaries via payment gateway (Ex. PayPal, Stripe). This will result in you losing your current Luminary before the billing cycle ends. All cancellations can be done within our site itself.
The lowest tier is 1, which gives access to 3 Active Novel. The highest tier is 3, which gives access to all Novels.
Luminaries are tiered membership/subscription services that provide users with advance (Premium) chapters in selected novels. Higher tiered Luminaries will cost more while also providing access to premium chapters of a greater number of novels Please note that the subscription will always unlock chapters beginning from the very first premium chapter in a novel. Therefore, please do not use Helixes to unlock premium chapters before purchasing a Luminary. Doing so would result in a waste of the Helixes since the Helixes would be unlocking a chapter that the Luminary will. Luminaries will last one month and is a recurring subscription. Please note that once the current billing period comes to an end, users with the subscription will automatically be billed again for the next month. If you subscribe on the 10th of January, your Luminary will bill you again on the 10th of February unless you choose to cancel the subscription before then.
